Location

IBI is located in one of Dublin's most convenient city centre locations.

It is situated opposite Connolly Station and IFSC which already attracts 6,000 people daily.

Proximity to the DART station, the main line rail at Connolly Station, the LUAS and Busaras all combine to make IBI's location one of the most accessible locations in the city.

Just around the corner, less than five minutes walk is Scripture Union Book Shop, Footprints.

Foley street on which IBI is located has become home to Irelands new and largest arts centre which will comprise a dance studio, a municipal arts centre for painters and sculptors, and an exhibition hall.

The area continues to be earmarked for development and by Summer 2007 it is forecast the area will have become the new Temple Bar.
